Shipping & Returns

Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order, you need to notify us by email to sales@rlfurniture.com within 24 hours.

Shipping Charges/Methods:
We ship small and medium packages via UPS. Our shipping charges are calculated by UPS based on the weight.

Returns:
You can return items in its original condition within 14-days for a refund or exchange less shipping charges.
Simply contact us by email to obtain a RMA # for returns. Make sure to include the RMA# on the package. Upon receipt of the items we will give you a refund or an exchange credit as required.

Tracking:
We will send you a tracking # via email once the order is shipped.
